Transworld has some pictures of the DC team and more important – of the up coming DC snowboards. It looks really good. And with a team with riders such as Devun Walsh, Ikka Bäckström and Aaron Biitner you can´t really go wrong.
Speaking of new products, while waiting for ISPO swedish magazine transition has some pictures of Burton Boards for 08/09. Still maybe not as cool as our previous post…
There are some pictures of the Burton gear for 08/09 on the web. But this is the best so far. Someone in Japan has scanned some pages from the 08/09 catalogue. The pictures shows that EST as well as neo/bright colours are the next big thing. But on the other hand – wasn´t that the next thing some two years ago. Maybe neo colours is the next electroclash?
Actionhorse Films – the company co-run by swedish snowboarders Jakob Wilhelmsson and Hampus Mosesson with filmer Per-Hampus Stålhandske launches web site. Here you can follow the work with the yet untitled film.
You´ll also find some good introductions to the riders that will appear in the coming film.
Priscilla Levas has her own range of first layers: Cilla. Or thermals. Anyway it´s only for girls and it looks really good. Cilla also has a really cool team of good riders.
Too bad it´s quite hard to find good looking yet still technical layering. Helly Hansen is really good – but maybe not so good looking. Burton and all other outerwear brands have some options of layering. But too often it´s good lloking but not technical enough or technical but noot good looking.
There´s one other company that gives us really good looking and functional layering and that´s Eesa. So I guess that means that we now have two companies to choose between. If you´re a girl that is.
Some weeks ago JP Walker signed to Stepchild. There was some rumours since he left Forum/Special Blend but he´s already getting his new pro board. Apparently he didn´t just spend his time surfing and chilling after leaving the Forum family.
